I'm running Mandrake 7.1 with 2 ethernet cards. I'm using it as a gateway to the internet on an ADSL connection using roaring penguin PPPoE. IP masquerading works great, I can play rouge spear, get email, use AIM, browse the web, etc from my internal network. I'm having a problem with both the linux box and the inside network computers, though. I can connect via ftp to sites on the internet, however when I try to do an "ls", "get", or "mget" and it says (I THINK) "opening port 200" or something like that, the connection hangs.
When I try to connect to my website to upload files via Dreamweaver, it will connect, but give me an error saying it cannot display the remote site's contents.

Any idears?

Are you loading any of the ip_masq modules? I had the same issue with my RH6.2 firewall. I loaded ip_masq_ftp (/sbin/insmod ip_masq_ftp) and it fixed the problem. I'm not sure if there is a module to correctly masq Dreamweaver connections...

Hope this helps,
Daryl
