Unhappy

I am trying to install redhat7 on my win98 machine. I have instructions on how to partition my hard drive, but when I follow them and boot my win98 startup floppy then type fips.exe, which is supposed to begin the partition process, I keep getting a message that the last cylinder is not empty. This is so even right after I defragmented in windows. How can I partition my hard drive?

This is the best program to make a partition and stuff. You can download demo from http://www.powerquest.com , its about 40mb
but you need to find a crack to it.Good luck.
