I plugged an HP660C printer into the parallel port of my LINUX box. When I lpr a text file, the file is printed sans carriage returns. When I print a webpage, it spews blank pages. Something is amiss. Where do I go to find info on how to fix this?

I have a HP DeskJet 660C and it works fine, I really can't help you configure it, but I just had to let you know that it does indeed work. I've got it printing at 300dpi BW and Color.

I used YaST2 in SuSE 7.0 to configure it for me, if you wish I can send you the printcap file or module you need to support it.
