Is it possible to set up the following network and get the following results:
(1) computer running Windows 2000.
(1) computer running Windows 98/ME.
(1) computer running Linux (Slackware 7, Redhat 6.2, or Debian 2.2).
Samba will be configured and running on the linux machine; login is possible from both 2000 and 98/ME.
Linux has mounted the hard drives of both Windows computers, say, into " /hd/2000 " and " /hd/me ". But when the Windows clients log in, mount " /hd " onto the computer, so that they can access the 2000's and ME's hard drive THROUGH the linux computer? (There is no way that 2000 can access a 9x computer, and there is no way that a 9x access a 2000 computer, except for the logon of 9x clients to 2000 servers.)
Thanks.
Brian
