I just installed a mini LCD screen in this machine to display stats, machine health and other random tidbits. Here are a few of the screenshots. When I get done programming it I will take more

First the credits

where did you buy that LCD screen? and what/how can you programm it....

The LCD program is a client/server setup. The server is a program called lcdproc. You then write clients that tell the server what to display. I just finished a client that gives member/thread/post info and I have a few more on the way. When I am done I'll post more pics.

No, it's not too big at all. Depending where you get the LCD it should set you back less than $100. The install took about 10 minutes or so. Another 10 minutes to get the software working and you are all set.
