i didnt like grub so i deleted the whole lnx4win folder and now my computer boots into grub and i dont know what to do?

Get your windows startup disk and boot into dos. Then run the command fdisk /mbr . That will restore your master boot record and you should then be able to boot into windows.

If you hadn't deleted the folder, there is an uninstall script that you could have run to remove lnx4win. The only thing is, is that it doesn't restore your master boot record. You can read here about it.
