Hi,
I'm trying to do something a little tricky with redhat linux, and apache. Basically what i need to do, is have ftp access for a number of users, and have their home directories where apache is living, i.e. /var/www/html/home. The users can upload their html files to these directories. The problem that i have, is i do not want the users to know who the other users are, or view their html files. How can i achieve this? Is it easier for me to maybe create different home directories, and run a cron job to move the files to the webserver directories every minute or so? or is there an easier way?
