the Kernal? I tried installing my 6.1, thinking it would over write it, but I can only get to the section where you define your disk partitions and can't go on past that.
It will allow me to make my dir's but the Next button remains grayed out. I also tried the server install and the other types of installs option and I still can't get past
that one screen.

Info,
Was RedHat 5.2
Was Dual/Win98.
Upgrading to RedHat 6.1.
No Dual boot this time.

Question Once More...

Just one more doubt, will fdisk /mbr reset my master boot record or just remove Lilo. I mean, i will be able to boot again, right?

"better make sure, for tomorrow you might screw your HDD."

Yeah, it will wipe out your MBR, and if your loading windows, it will still load.
